If you've got a good idea you can go to the Blight Authority, put it on there. I guarantee you'll see it and probably lots of other people who are in the right space to make something happen. And your idea could change the world. That's not even a little bit of an exaggeration. A couple of good ideas might be what we need to make a big difference in urban areas.
