All right, for a second. All right, I'm gonna wrap up. And was this useful? Did anybody learn anything from this? No, I'm not in the gated community. I resist gated communities. I don't love them. Why an indoor tennis court when you live in California? I have the kind of skin that just begs for skin cancer, and even though California is a wonderful climate most of the time, it's too hot or too cold or too dark. Good.
