And he thinks that lack of transparency would be the better way to go at least based on his comments it seems that way.

Aren't they telling us directly they plan to cheat? How do you interpret this other than we very much want to cheat and we would hate it if you're watching. I don't even have another way to think of it. Like I try to show you both sides of things. There's no both sides of this one. What is the both sides of transparency? Lack of transparency. No the opposite of transparency is not harassing Democrats. The opposite of transparency is non-transparency but he's trying to sell us that the opposite of transparency is harassing.
