se there's so much of a problem with hallucinations. Can you imagine a customer service rep being AI and then just hallucinating every time the customer asks it a question and the customer would just get more and more mad? You can't have a customer service rep with this form of AI.

And we've not invented another form. There's only one form of AI as far as I know. I mean one that you could use in this way and it can't possibly work. Like by its design it can't work because it's designed to hallucinate. Not intentionally, but that's what the design gives you.

All right. How many of you saw a story in the news that seemed to show an adult policeman putting handcuffs on a toddler? And the alleged context was I don't know the toddler's family was protesting or maybe they were going to be shipped back to some other country
