So basically it's just a cheap way for somebody who's not already established in the business to just start a business with their help without having to worry too much about the real estate cost or the look. Apparently they found a way to make it look pleasant so you wouldn't mind being around it. So I don't know the details. You could easily convince me that there's something terribly wrong with this.
