t, you can't unsee it. So here's a question I have. Why did Rob Reiner treat the anti-Trump stuff like it was his job? I don't think he was doing it for money, but he didn't do it like he was just a concerned citizen. Would you agree? The amount of organization and effort, and he was part of a club and they were all after him. It very much looked like something bigger than just his political opin…
← Previous segment →theatrical thing where you have to say, "Oh my God, even though they disagree with you, it's the worst thing in the world because of the family and all that." To which I say, you wouldn't say that if Ben Laden got shot. He would also be my mortal enemy.
I did see James Woods say that he was pro-Reiner because he helped him with his career and he was a nice guy. And that's fine. If Reiner had helped me in my career when I needed it the most and he had been my good friend for years, I'd say the same thing that James Woods did.
But here's the thing that I summarize that with. Don't you think everybody has the right to their own opinion about him? Don't you think that if you're James Woods and even though Reiner disagreed with him, they had a very close relationship in person, don't you think it's fine for James Woods to have a positive opinion? Of course. Why would I disagree with that?
But likewise, if Reiner had tried to get you kicked out of the presidency, overthrow the country, and put you in jail, literally put you in jail, which is what he was trying to do with Trump, don't you think Trump has an absolute right to have any opinion he wants about that? And do you and I have any obligation to agree with James Woods' perfectly reasonable opinion or to agree with Trump's perfectly reasonable opinion?
Now, some would say, but it's not his opinion that's the problem. They would say it's the fact that he said it when the situation was fresh. Again, that's up to Trump. It is his personal opinion and he can say it anytime he wants, and I would rather know his actual opinion than some fake opinion that controls the past. Yeah.
So I am completely supportive of anybody who had a pro or negative opinion and whenever they expressed it. I think that Reiner made himself a public figure on this topic. So if the public talks about this topic, that would be fair.
You know what I haven't missed? Yeah. Weirdly, because they give me such good painkillers and stuff that I've not once thought, I wish I had some weed. Isn't that weird? You'd think I would.
So this morning I will be going back to get the last of my five planned radiation treatments. So far there's no positive benefit coming from it and we're not actually expecting any. But I've got two doctors who disagree. So one doctor says if it's gotten worse, which it has, while you're doing the radiation, the radiation won't work. And one says, well, you have to wait a couple weeks. And the scans show that you still had some function before we started the radiation. So there's a 50% chance that there'll be some benefit. Not a complete recovery or anything like that, but 50% chance I might get feeling back in my legs because right now I don't have any feeling below the waist.
So I am completely at their mercy. If possible, put on protective gear. Here's your radioactive. No, but if they were pregnant, I believe they could not be around me. I think that's true. And I might go home maybe tomorrow, but I can't go home unless I have a full set of like hospital gear to move me around and I've got some people to take care of me when I need basically everything. All I really have is my upper body. So I'm like half a person right now. The bottom half has to be managed by other people with all that implies. The pain is not so bad because they're good at managing it.
So this morning I woke up in intense pain in my shoulder area, which is not unusual, but they had the painkiller in me in two minutes and then I was fine.
What reframe am I using? Well, I think I need to work harder on a reframe. Is it affecting me financially? Yes and no. Yes and no. I'm going to see if later today or maybe tomorrow I can start posting comics again. But interestingly, my Locals subscribers have stayed loyal and my streaming revenue is probably, I might even be up. I don't know. So but it will affect me. Yeah. Yeah.
There's a Bill Hader story. How would you like to meet Bill Hader who was apparently a celebrity at Conan O'Brien's party where that Nick Reiner was, and I guess something weird happened between Hader and Nick Reiner and caused, I think Nick was kicked out of the party. But how would you like to be the last person to talk to him before he went crazy? I guess he was crazy.
No rush. They say cancer affects every patient financially. Well, yeah. I mean, if I stayed alive and stayed with cancer that would stop me from working, but I had to spend a million dollars a year just paying somebody to take care of me. That would affect me financially.
But I will say again about the Reiners, as far as I can tell, they did everything you can do as a parent of an addicted, mentally ill kid. So I do not fault them for their parenting. However, if we were to find out that there was something else weird going on there, I would immediately revise my opinion. There are some disturbing hints of what that must have been like to be in the Reiner family, but they're not any kind of confirmed anything. It just sounds like Hollywood stuff.
Like one of the things is that Rob Reiner would kiss his son on the lips. Well, that might be more of a Hollywood thing than it is any other kind of thing. I'm not sure I would judge that. That's not the most unusual thing. It is unusual, but by itself it doesn't prove anything. Yeah, it definitely not something I would have experienced. Yeah.
So Trump has designated fentanyl a weapon of mass destruction. I hope I was maybe part of that, but I don't really think he needed to do that. I think it's just part of the overall squeezing of Venezuela.
All right, I'm going to look at some, I'm going to go to X and look at my own feed or maybe at, you know what, I'm going to look at Owen's feed. I've got weird hiccups I get all the time now. All right, if you want to follow along, I'm going to Owen Gregorian's feed. And the reason I do that is every morning before I do my thing, Owen finds some interesting stories that I might be interested in talking about. He does a really good job of finding interesting stories.
So 17 hours ago Owen says that his own retired mother is on a list of people who donated almost every week to politics, I assume to a Democrat, but of course that's not real. So it looks like his own mother is in that fake donation Democrat scam thing. I should invite you over for bocce.
All right. Then Owen says, so this is Owen Gregorian's feed on X. And the reason I'm, if you're just joining, the reason I'm reading his is he intentionally picks stories that he thinks I would like or this audience would like. So it's not random.
Well, apparently there's some data that the payroll rose by 64,000 in November after falling 105,000 in October. But if you have been following the jobs numbers, I would say we don't really know what's happening with jobs. Do you believe any data on jobs? I would say wait on that. I don't believe that. I don't think anybody's lying. I think that we just don't have good data on jobs.
Well, then there's some data on tariff revenue and the CBP says it collected over 200 billion in tariff revenue so far and that would be only a partial, well it was almost end of the year. 200 billion. Do you think that's real? And is that really just another form of taxation? You decide. But it's a big number.
Did you know that the GOP is poised to overtake the Democrats on voter rolls? So it looks like it already happened in the key swing states after years of Democrat dominance. This is according to Alec Schmel and Fox News. Democrats are now a minority in apparently a number of swing states, which would be the whole game unless the election is rigged. How many of you think the election will be rigged? I don't know. I think the Republicans are now wise enough that they know where to check. So they're definitely going to be looking at the voting machines.
In Chicago, there's a Hispanic restaurant owner who is suing because he was told he can't have a restaurant unless he's black. So he couldn't renew his license and they told him it's because he's not black. Do you believe that in Chicago? There might be more to that story. I'd have to hear the other side of that, but it'd be pretty bad if it's true.
Marco Rubio is ruling out a 2028 run if JD Vance decides to run. Oh, I guess he said it directly. If JD Vance runs, he's going to be the nominee. Huh. That's interesting.
I guess troops have been fired over Biden's COVID vaccine. Oh, the ones that were fired over the Biden mandate are going to get an honorable discharge. They must have not gotten honorable discharges before. All right. Well, that's a good move by Hegseth.
Some European geopolitical analysts were sanctioned for claiming Ukraine and NATO triggered the Russian reaction and the war. Well, yeah, I can see why they get in trouble for that. Rubio continues to impress. I would agree. I think Rubio's done a solid job. Yep.
And you talk to Susie while you know I haven't seen what Susie Wiles is accused of saying. I keep seeing stories that like CNN where they say stuff like we can't believe what Susie Wiles said, but I don't know what the story is. Let me see if I can find it. Susie Wiles.
So shares a candid view. All right, let's see. Whoa, there's no way she said that. So according to Grok, Wiles, the first woman in a role as a veteran Trump campaign manager, described President Trump as having quote "an alcoholic's personality, overconfident, and fearless, like her late father, Pat Summerall." What? Susie Wiles' late father was Pat Summerall? I didn't know that.
Although Trump doesn't drink, she labeled Vance a former conspiracy theorist. She called Elon Musk an odd duck who sleeps in a sleeping bag at work and pointed critiques of big policy debates on tariffs, Spartans and Venezuela.
Now, you have to know that this isn't Vanity Fair. Why in the world would she do an interview for Vanity Fair? You know, Vanity Fair is where you avoid interviews, right? That's not some place you go to give an interview, but apparently there's a big extended thing. So it sounds like they did the embed. I've told you this trick before. If you're ever in a situation where a major publication says, we want a reporter to spend the day with you, you know, spend the whole day and we're going to do a big feature piece, that's always a hit piece. Always a hit piece. They do not spend the day with you to find out all the cool good things you do. That is not the point. They're looking for mistakes. They're looking for you to let your guard down so they can really hit you. Yeah.
I would consider Vanity Fair a trash publication. So I don't know what she did or did not say, but I would say for sure you should not trust it.
So Elon Musk is going to fund GOP candidates for the midterms. That sounds positive. Europe is praising Trump's truly remarkable Ukrainian peace efforts according to the European Conservative. Well, it's not getting anything. So I would agree it's a nice try.
Okay. Let's see. Zelensky plays down hopes of peace by Christmas. Yeah, I think you can play down hopes of peace by Christmas. Yeah, I don't think that's going to happen.
All right. Oh my God. Is there a question that Kamala Harris wants to run for president again? Is that real? This is unbelievable. According to what publication is this? The Blaze. So according to The Blaze, Harris wants to run for president again. Maybe. Oh, do some Democrats believe she's taking steps in that direction? That could be just for attention. She was signaling to competitors that she may run again. I'm not buying it yet. Yeah, she might be teasing it to sell her book. We don't know it all.
Boy, is Tim Walz the weirdest, weakest candidate you've ever seen in your life? That guy just seems corrupt from top to bottom. Somebody wrote an article about in the Guardian I spent a month trying to smile like Zelensky and Meloni. That's funny.
I'm going to have to close down pretty soon because the lunch or the breakfast will be coming and then I won't be able to livestream. The mood-enhancing benefits of caffeine are strongest right after waking up. Recent study shows. Doesn't surprise me at all.
And I haven't been following the Tina Peters story, but it does sound like she got locked up for exposing rigging in the election. Is that the story? Did Tina Peters get locked up under sort of trumped-up charges, no pun intended, because she tried to expose the rigging of the election? And now Trump is going hard trying to get her out, I guess. Wants or did he want to transfer to a federal place so he'd have more control? I haven't been following that enough.
Something about mitochondria. Let's see. The MRC. Wikipedia has been converted into one of the left. Yeah. While we know Wikipedia is a left-leaning entity, there's a mindset that's now proven to slow aging. Really, I assume it's positivity. Let me see what that mindset is. The topic has been studied for decades. Lighting the touch paper. Wow, this I hate it when they tease something and then you have to read like 50 pages to get to what it is they're teasing. Someone's beliefs could predict their overall risk of death. But yeah, so yeah, people who have a rosier view of aging live longer. Come on, everybody knew that. Apparently positivity makes you live longer. Not in my case.
Apple News shows only one right-leaning outlet out of 560 articles throughout November. Only one. There was only one right-leaning article on Apple News.
How do women detect deception in dating? Well, that's not hard. What concerned women for America think that Netflix is grooming young kids? Well, I don't know about that, but I always think they don't know intention versus outcome. It might be the outcome, but I doubt they woke up with that intention. Maybe. What do you think? Do you think that executives at Netflix had an intention of grooming children? That's quite a claim. I'm no mind reader.
All right. Minnesota completely corrupt, of course. All right. More criticism of the news. A Chinese billionaire has over a hundred American citizen children. What? There's a Chinese billionaire who has over 100 American citizen children. He fathers over 100 U.S. and they're raised legally. Oh, raising legal and security concerns. What? So there's a billionaire Chinese video game executive, Zubo, who has fathered over a hundred children in the U.S. Huh. Wow. Wow. Really? Several of his kids were raised by nannies. Wow.
You know, I always wondered about that. If you were a billionaire, why would you ever stop having children? You know, as long as they had a good support system. You had 43 kids by 10 women. Your son-in-law's grandfather. Wow. Neuralink trip. Yeah, I might need one any day now.
All right, what else we got going on here? There are fewer online trolls than people think. According to Pew, so Americans overestimate online toxicity, believing 43% of Reddit users when only 3% are the toxic ones. Well, I don't know. I always wondered about that. I don't think that my online experience looks like 43% trolls. Looks more like 3%.
Stem cell treatment in Ukraine. You make trolls block you. Yeah. How do you define toxic? Toxic would be disagrees with me.
The Clintons missed their deposition. So can they be arrested now? Is that how it works? I think the Clintons are just never going to agr

ee with anything. By the way, one of the more interesting, got company. All right, people. I've got company. Come in. Come in. This should be my breakfast being delivered. So I won't eat in front of you. And I'm going to say bye for now. I will check back in. But everybody, hope you have a great day and it was a pleasure spending time with you again. I think they're here. Yeah. All right, I'm go…
