Honestly I think Victoria Nuland might be part of my larger framework that we create too many people who have to make it their job to create a war with Russia. So she just might be one of those. She has family from Russia. I don't know which way that would affect her. Maybe that would make her less liking Putin. Depends how the family was doing I guess.

Who's she married to if she's married? I don't know if she is. Who is she married to? What associations is she a member of and what do those associations do typically? And what has she done in the past that might be relevant or controversial?
