Well, apparently they're capitalizing on the situation, and they're now giving a tour that they call the Doom Loop walking tour. And it's a tongue-in-cheek ad, but it says you've read the headlines, you've seen the tweets. Now get up close and personal to the doom and squalor of downtown San Francisco.
