← Previous segment →You know, I actually thought it would be a lot worse than it is. But largely because I decided that part of my objective for the lockdown is that I would work on my fitness. And that's been really good. I feel healthier than I think I've felt in years. And it's because I've made my fitness my job. It's one thing to say, well, you know, I've got my priorities and I'm gonna try to work in a little eating right and exercising and stuff. That's most people's normal attitude. But as soon as this coronavirus looked like the real thing, I said to myself, well, I'm not gonna go easy. If the coronavirus is coming for me, I'm not gonna make it easy. I'm gonna be so immunity hardened by my own actions. First of all, I'm gonna feel a sense of doing something. And we humans need to do something. If you're in a bad situation, the best thing you can do is find something productive you can do. It's the doing that makes you feel better.
