So people are clearly looking at what the Trump followers are doing collectively, finding out what is popular, what gets a lot of clicks, what gets a lot of likes, and then taking that to the boss at some point, one assumes, or taking it to the speechwriter, which ends up being very similar because the boss is going to look at it. He's expanded the system so that they're scouring the internet for things which are naturally viral, things that people are already responding to.
